01

Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy covers the PDF PRINT Android app (package com.bindi.pdfprint) and the PDF PRINT service at pdfprint.in. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of PDF PRINT. Our privacy and support contact is vijyacrafto@gmail.com.

PDF PRINT provides educational worksheets, PDF downloads, quizzes, learning content and membership access. The Android app displays website content and connects to our website account and membership system. Information submitted through these features may be processed on our servers; the service is not local-only.

02

Information we receive and why

  • Account and sign-in: When you use Google Sign-In, we receive a Google identity token and account details such as your name, email address and Google account identifier. We use these to create or link your PDF PRINT website account and authenticate you. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Session and access information: Account IDs, sign-in sessions, authentication tokens, membership levels, expiry dates and a billing account identifier help keep you signed in, control account access and connect verified purchases to your account.
  • Purchases: We process product and plan identifiers, purchase tokens, order references, payment or verification status, purchase dates, expiry information, and refund or revocation status to verify, restore and manage membership access.
  • Website interactions: Pages and resources requested, worksheet or quiz inputs you submit, downloads, and related technical request information are processed to deliver the selected feature. The information sent depends on the page you use. Avoid including unnecessary personal information, especially information about children.
  • Referral participation: If you use the website’s Refer and Earn features, referral identifiers, referral relationships, qualifying purchase information and commission records may be processed to track and administer the program.
  • Support: We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. These are used to answer questions, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card security codes or unrelated identity documents.
  • Technical and advertising information: Website infrastructure and integrated service providers may process IP addresses, device/browser details, identifiers, interaction data and diagnostics as described below.

03

Google Play and website payments

Purchases made through the Android app use Google Play Billing. Our server verifies purchase information with Google Play and links the result to your PDF PRINT membership. Website memberships can also use the website’s payment service, including Razorpay where offered. The payment provider handles payment credentials; the Android app does not ask you to enter card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords into PDF PRINT.

Payment providers may keep their own transaction records under their policies. Removing PDF PRINT account data does not automatically remove the provider’s records, issue a refund or cancel a recurring subscription.

04

Advertising and privacy choices

The Android app uses Google AdMob to display ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address (including an approximate location inferred from it), advertising or app identifiers, interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. This can occur without signing in to a PDF PRINT account.

Where required, an advertising consent form is presented. When available, open Account → Ad privacy choices to review your choices. Android settings also provide advertising identifier controls. Changing ad preferences does not necessarily stop every ad or all technical processing.

Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites and apps.

05

Notifications

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications and PDF PRINT updates. Firebase processes installation identifiers and messaging registration information needed to deliver messages. Installation-related processing can begin when Firebase initializes, even before you grant permission to display notifications.

You can enable notifications from the app where offered, or turn them off in Android Settings → Apps → PDF PRINT → Notifications. Turning off notification display is not the same as deleting a PDF PRINT account or erasing Firebase installation data. Firebase’s handling is described in its privacy information.

06

Cookies, device storage and downloaded files

  • The website and its in-app browser use cookies and local storage for sign-in, access and page functionality. The app stores its session token in secure device storage and may cache web resources.
  • Downloaded files are first placed in temporary app storage. You can open them in another app, save them to a location you select or share them through Android’s share menu. Selected recipient apps, cloud destinations and printing services then handle the copy you provide.
  • Temporary download files older than one day are eligible for cleanup when a later download starts. This is not a guaranteed deletion exactly 24 hours after download.
  • Copies saved outside the app, shared with others or printed are not removed by an account deletion request. Delete those copies from their saved location or ask the recipient to remove them.
  • Logging out clears the app’s local sign-in token, browser cookies and web cache. It does not delete your server account. Browser cookie controls or Android app-storage controls can remove local data, but may also sign you out.

07

Permissions and device access

The Android app uses internet access and, on supported Android versions, asks for notification permission. Saving a downloaded file uses Android’s system file picker so you choose the destination. The current app does not request contacts, SMS, microphone, camera, precise-location or unrestricted all-files access. Approximate location may still be inferred from an IP address by service providers.

08

Who processes information

  • PDF PRINT and website providers: Our website hosting, account, membership, referral and support systems process the information needed to operate the service.
  • Google: Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, AdMob and Firebase Cloud Messaging process information for their respective authentication, payment, advertising and messaging functions.
  • Website payment providers: Razorpay, where offered, processes website payments under its Privacy Policy.
  • Your chosen recipients: Files or links you share are provided to the apps and people you select.
  • Required disclosures: Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, disputes or protection of rights.

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices explain their own processing. Advertising involves sharing the technical information described above; using the app without an account does not make all activity anonymous.

09

How long information is kept

  • Account and membership records: Kept while needed to provide your account and membership, and reviewed when you request deletion.
  • Payment, commission and dispute records: Only records needed for applicable accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security or an unresolved dispute may be retained after deletion. Retention lasts for the applicable required period or until the relevant matter is resolved; the relevant categories, reason and period or determining criteria will be explained in our response.
  • Support and deletion correspondence: Kept as needed to resolve the request and document its handling, including any continuing legal or dispute-related obligation.
  • Backups and technical logs: Retention depends on the hosting and backup configuration. Backup copies may remain until the applicable rotation cycle expires. Contact us for the period that applies to your request.
  • Independent providers and device copies: Google, payment providers and recipients manage their records under their own retention policies. Files you save remain until you or the relevant storage provider remove them.

We do not promise immediate or automatic removal of every record when a request is submitted. We will explain the expected completion date and any applicable retention exceptions when handling your request.

10

Account deletion and your privacy choices

You can request deletion of your PDF PRINT account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app. Visit our Account & Data Deletion page or email vijyacrafto@gmail.com with the subject PDF PRINT Account and Data Deletion Request.

In the app, sign in and open Account → Request account deletion → Send request. This submits a request to support for processing; it does not instantly delete the account. We may verify account ownership before taking action.

You may also ask for access, correction, or deletion of specific data while keeping your account, where feasible and subject to applicable requirements. Specify the data involved. We will explain any limits, retained records or effects on service access. For consent-based processing, use the relevant privacy controls or contact us to withdraw consent.

11

Children, parents and teachers

PDF PRINT includes educational content that may be used by children with parents or teachers. Adults should manage sign-in, purchases and support requests, and should avoid submitting children’s names, contact details, photographs or other identifying information unless a feature genuinely requires it and the necessary authority or consent exists.

Website requests and advertising or messaging providers may process technical identifiers even when no personal profile is created. Parental supervision alone does not stop this processing. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided inappropriately, contact vijyacrafto@gmail.com so we can investigate and arrange appropriate removal.

12

Security, updates and contact

The app connects to the PDF PRINT service using HTTPS and uses secure local storage for its session token. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that any system is completely secure. Please protect your Google account and do not share sign-in credentials.

We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For questions, correction requests or privacy concerns, contact vijyacrafto@gmail.com. We usually respond within 24–48 hours on working days; this is a response estimate, not a promise that deletion will be completed within that time.
